On December 15, as part of the Jaguar Owners Club loyalty program in partnership with Maison Dellos, a Christmas dinner with impeccable manners was held at the Casta Diva restaurant in Moscow with Marie de Tilly. During the dinner, Countess de Tilly gave a lecture on “The Art of Reception,” led by Casta Diva chef Michele Brogioni.
The daughter and granddaughter of French diplomats from an ancient noble family, Marie de Tilly received an excellent education at the École des Sciences Politiques. A true lady and a recognized expert on etiquette, Marie successfully combines her teaching and journalism with an active social and family life. She is responsible for receiving the wives of foreign diplomats at the Élysée Palace. Major international companies, as well as world-renowned brands such as CHANEL, Sotheby’s, and Lancôme, are clients of the FRENCH TOUCH Atelier of Etiquette and Refined Manners, founded by the Countess.
At the meeting, Marie de Tilly touched upon the following topics:
- French etiquette: history, truth and lies, prejudices and stories from the lives of great and famous people
- Coming Out: Classic Rules and a Modern Version
- Meeting at social events
- Table etiquette in general
Among the guests were: Sofiko Shevardnadze, Evgenia Dellos, Andrey Dellos, Ida and Viktor Bondarenko, Tatyana Shirkina, Stephane Petit, Alex Hagerty, Natalia Luchaninova, Yulia Kashcheeva with her husband, Julia Dilua, Natalia Berezina, Larisa Evans, Daria Mosel.
“Etiquette Lessons” is a joint project between the Jaguar Owners Club and the Maison Dellos restaurant. The lecture series consisted of three sessions, covering social etiquette, etiquette for young ladies and gentlemen, and the art of entertaining. Attending the lectures proved an invaluable experience for the participants, who became true experts in modern etiquette after just three sessions.
