This is the principle we use to select trainers for ISE worldwide. Our only requirement is that they be the best in their field! We proudly introduce our trainers.

Larisa Evans

Larisa Evans is the founder and head trainer of ISE.

Larisa graduated from the Maurice Torres Institute of Foreign Languages ​​in Moscow and then studied at Worton Business School in the United States. Larisa is fluent in English and French. Since 2015, she has lived in France and taught etiquette in France, Monaco, England, and the UAE. Larisa specializes in a wide range of etiquette areas: social etiquette, business etiquette, protocol, cultural codes of different countries, and etiquette for children and teenagers.

In 2014, for her services to culture and interethnic cooperation, she received the title of Lady of the Order of Saint Maurizio and Saint Lazarus. 

In 2025, she became an official speaker at the BRICS International Forum. In September 2025, she presented a paper on the cultural codes of different countries at the BRICS Forum in Brazil. In October 2025, she gave a speech at the BRICS meeting in Monaco.

Liz Brewer

Liz Bruyere, instructor of the course “Classic English Etiquette and the Art of Hospitality” and author of the best-selling book “Ultimate Guide to Party Planning & Etiquette,” is one of the most renowned and recognized experts in the field of hospitality and high-level event planning. Liz’s clients have included celebrities such as Ivana Trump, Shirley Bassey, Richard Branson, Buzz Aldrin, and many others, as well as numerous international companies, charities, and even governments.

Her knowledge and skills in etiquette and social behavior have become a benchmark for the wealthy and aristocratic in various countries. Liz is recognized worldwide thanks to her television show “Ladette to Lady,” where she serves as a judge of etiquette.

Galina Gubankova

Galina Gubankova graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Lomonosov Moscow State University and completed her postgraduate studies. She is fluent in English and also knows French, Italian, and conversational German. She worked for many years in journalism, communications, and PR, and has worked on projects in gastronomy, music, culture, and art. Galina has been working at the International School of Etiquette (ISE) practically since its inception. Initially, she focused on the school’s development and promotion. Then, from 2011 to 2013, she trained with etiquette trainers Christine Pierce (Minding Manners etiquette school, UK), Diana Mather (The English Manner etiquette school, UK), Liz Bruyère (an internationally recognized etiquette expert, UK), and Countess Marie de Tilly (France). She then completed training as a trainer at ISE and received a certificate as an etiquette & social skills trainer.

Galina is currently a practicing ISE trainer, teaching an advanced course in European etiquette, seminars on British etiquette for adults and children, business etiquette, Russian historical etiquette, a seminar on table manners and table setting, and much more. Galina also teaches etiquette at RUDN University and the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

Countess de Tilly

The daughter and granddaughter of French diplomats from an ancient noble family, Marie de Tilly received an excellent education at the École des Sciences Politiques and successfully combines teaching and journalism with an active social life and family life.

She is responsible for receiving the wives of foreign diplomats at the Élysée Palace. International companies, as well as world-renowned brands such as CHANEL, Sotheby’s, and Lancôme, are clients of the Atelier of Etiquette and Refined Manners, FRENCH TOUCH, founded by Marie.

Andrey Grebelsky

In 1997, Andrey Grebelsky moved to England and enrolled at Caterham School (now one of the most successful and highly ranked schools in England), where he was the first Russian-speaking student. After graduating with honors and earning a degree from Oxford Brookes University, Andrey began his professional career in the City of London, specializing in working with VIP clients and business investors from Russia.

Andrey soon noticed a clear need among wealthy families he knew – they needed access to the best English specialists within the British education system to help them plan and realize their academic ambitions as intelligently and effectively as possible.

The agency “Mentor and Sons,” founded by Andrey in 2008, can be compared to a specialized department of a large family office, providing VIP families with a comprehensive range of personalized services to help them transition into the British education system and manage the entire process.

Lucille Renee

Lucile Renée began her career modeling in Paris, New York, and Italy, working for Elle, Marie Claire, Harpers Bazar, and Amica magazines. She then worked as a fashion editor for French publications such as Prisma Media, Condé, and Hachette Fillipachi. Since 2015, she has been a personal stylist and shopper for celebrities, film stars, politicians, and prominent journalists. She is also a fashion consultant and coach for brands such as Zadig & Voltaire, Maison Ullens, Max Mara, and others. She teaches dress code at the Paris School of Marketing.

At ISE, she conducts workshops on creating personal style, image, and dress code, and conducts personal shopping in the best Parisian boutiques.

Marika (WEERT)

Marieke (WEERT) is the International Relations Manager at ISE. She supports various educational initiatives, integrating classical etiquette values ​​into the modern education system. It is important to Marieke that the traditional and timeless foundations of human culture remain intact in our rapidly changing and fast-paced world. Etiquette, as one of the pillars of global culture and educational values, is Marieke’s primary focus.
