“Soft skills,” literally translated from English, are communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently and build relationships with everyone around us. Psychologists believe that soft skills account for up to 85% of success, while “hard skills” (our professional knowledge and experience in our profession) account for only 15%. “The ability to communicate with people is as valuable as any other valuable commodity,” said Rockefeller.
Our Soft Skills workshop has two options: one for teenagers aged 13-17 and one for adults.
The approaches and teaching methods differ, but the essence remains the same: we teach how to communicate effectively with the outside world, taking into account the rules of etiquette and the principles of soft skills. This is the foundation of success—in friendship, in personal relationships, and at work.
