The Household Management program covers all aspects of managing a private home: managing the building and staff, etiquette, ethics, rules of conduct, housekeeping, cleaning and laundry, organizing holidays and banquets, table setting and service, kitchen work, organizing security, inventory and supplies, confidentiality rules in communication with the hosts, etc.
The program features a variety of trainers. Larisa Evans teaches staff etiquette, ethics, chain of command, the psychology of relationships with hosts, and rules of conduct. Our partners from the Maison Dellos restaurant house teach topics on table setting, host and guest service, organizing celebrations and banquets, housekeeping, and more.
The program is designed for three days, but it can be shortened or extended. We can also create a customized training plan to suit specific requirements. Training is tailored to the client’s individual needs.
