Application of soft skills in studies and life

You’re a happy parent, dreaming of your child attending one of the best private schools in England. You have the resources and financial means. Your child is intelligent, driven, and persistent. However, this isn’t enough to guarantee success.

Have you heard the term “soft skills”? Probably not.

According to the Oxford Dictionary, soft skills are personal qualities that enable effective and harmonious interaction with others. According to members of the global business elite, soft skills are a very important component of success in any industry. Here are just a few quotes. Herman Gref, Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia: “…those who invested in soft skills win…” Maxim Grishakov, Commercial Director of Yandex: “…Russian top managers primarily lack soft skills…”

Soft skills are what so strikingly distinguishes Russian schoolchildren from their English classmates. Our compatriots seem to have everything—money, knowledge, and basic etiquette—but it’s precisely these “soft skills” that they lack. And this is subtly felt in everything.

The new ISE seminar, “Applying Soft Skills in Study and Life,” is dedicated to soft skills. At the seminar, you’ll learn the secrets of British education from leaders who have worked in this field for over 20 years. You’ll discover how to achieve social success from a very early age. You’ll learn how to carefully and gently assimilate into a British school and integrate into the British education system. How to become “one of the British” in Britain.

The first seminar will be held at the Turandot restaurant on September 27, 2018.

Seminar leaders:

David Clarke, headmaster of the private British school Battle Abbey School in Sussex, is a historian and political scientist.

Larisa Evans, founder and head trainer of ISE.

Andrey Grebelsky, founder of the children’s etiquette school Young Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s Club, director of the educational boutique agency Mentor and Sons .
